Perfect fudge

So I have made fudge before and can't remeber much about it but I do know that it had to be eaten with a spoon.  Sure it was good but didn't set up.  I have found a perfect fudge recipe that turned out for me twice in a row lastnight.  Here is the recipe and a pic of my sucess.

Peanut Butter Fudge
3 cups sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1 stick of butter
1 cup marshmellows (8 large ones)
1 cup peanut butter

Bring sugar, evaporated milk, and butter to a boil.  When at a rolling boil set timer for 7 minutes.  After timer goes off remove mixture from heat and mix in marshmellows and peanut butter.  When fully mixed dump into butterd dish.  Let cool and cut to enjoy
